2013...Amazing, Fantastic, Incredible!
Wednesday, January 01, 2014AMAZING! That is the best way I can describe 2013(am I getting teary eyed right now!?). SO many wonderful things have happened this year...so many firsts. It makes me feel alive and vibrant when I enjoy new experiences and stretch myself past my comfort zone. It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day and become complacent and let life pass you by. But I encourage you to break free of the status quo in 2014 and really LIVE! We only get one shot at this thing called life, so why not live each day to the fullest! Don't let fear or doubt hold you back any longer, those are just imagined obstacles.
In January of 2013 I decided to make fitness my focus and I don't regret a moment. It was not always easy...early mornings...self doubt and lots of sweat but it has been so satisfying! I looked through all my pictures for this post and it's so motivating to see the progress I've made and the memories I've created over the past 12 months. It makes me want to work just as hard in 2014!

I never knew you were so into fitness! You look so great! Congrats on all of your hard work and results. It's impressive. You are an inspiration to so many, myself included. Keep up the good work Chez!!! I will be following your blog :)
ReplyDeleteIf you have any good clean eating dinner recipes I'd love to see them. I'm always looking for new options to feed to my fam.
Good luck with your 2014 goals! Just a quick plug for NASM from me, I did the online program with them and got certified in 6 months. They supply all of the tools and you just have to put in the time. I'm sure you have a lot of knowledge with musculature and movement patterns so the rest is all about program design. That's what it's all about really. NASM is one of the most widely accepted certs and every 2 years you have to recert for $99 with 2 continued education credits. They can be anywhere from a nutrition, sports performance, yoga courses to specialty training apparatus such as TRX, ViPR, Puremotion, Gravity... ect.. Sorry if I'm telling you stuff you already know. I just really enjoyed NASM's program and I try to convince all who are interested to go through them. Good luck! Keep us all posted on your progress and enjoy your hot chocolate run!!!
