What to Eat for 6 Pack Abs-Part II

8 Weeks Out from my Competition-Crazy Hair! 
This is my current diet and macro nutrient ratio. Please keep in mind this might be a bit extreme for the everyday person. I am currently preparing to compete in an NPC bikini contest, so I am eating to keep muscle but cut fat. But this is the exact meal plan I used for weeks 10-8 before my show. Although I do eat very similarly year round my caloric intake is usually higher.

My Current Macro Nutrient Ratios:
Carbs-20%
Protein-55%
Fat-25%

Calories: 1290 

Sample Meal Plan

Breakfast Time! Egg fIT Muffins
This is my newest obsession! I am always looking for things to make my life easier and making my breakfast ahead of time is a huge help. Getting up at 4:30 every morning is easier knowing I have these tasty treats and a big cup of coffee waiting for me(set your coffee maker on auto!).
YUM! 

Recipe:
2/3 Cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup rolled oats
This makes 3 muffins, which is one serving. Repeat until you fill the tray(12 total)

Nutrition Info: 
1 Serving(3 Muffins)
143 Calories
Carbs: 14 Grams
Protein: 17 Grams
Fat: 1 Gram

Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray. Distribute the egg whites and oats to fill 3 muffins. Repeat until you have filled the tray. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. That's it! Let them cool and separate them into baggies. I warm my up each morning in the microwave for 2 minutes then eat them with reduced sugar ketchup. It taste like an egg mcmuffin!!!!
