Now that my photo shoot has passed I feel like I have a bit more freedom to experiment with different pre/post work out meals. I want(like all of you) to find the best combo of energy and nutrition- and so the testing begins! This morning I am throwing in more carbs than normal in hopes that my energy levels go through the roof! I face a unique situation because I work out first thing in the morning, so my meals has to be quick and easily digested.
