I'm always looking for new delicious recipes to add to my menu. Variety is the spice of life right!? Keeping your tastebuds guessing keeps you engaged and more likely to continue eating clean and healthy. I was cruising Pinterest(which I love to do when I have time) and found my inspiration for this Breakfast Frittata. Not only is it packed with protein but I can make it ahead of time and take it on the go. This recipe will provide you with breakfast for 6 days and takes almost no effort!
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1.5 Cups Egg Whites
- Ground Turkey(or Chicken)
- Veggies(You can easily substitute any veggies in your fridge)
- Salt, Pepper, Red Chili Flakes
